Hey guys, I have some premium fans that just came off an HTPC literally 10 minutes ago. I gave it to a friend who needed a PC. The fans are dusty as shit, but rest assured they barely got used. The HTPC was basically decoration. I wound up using the main PC which is connected to the AVR.
The Cougar is just as good as the Noctuas if not better, its up there with Typhoons, IMO. It's a heck of a fan for around $15. The Noctuas are 20-25, each. The Tuniq is also pretty good, better than your stock fans. Asking $50 shipped for all four. They come without the mounting doodats.
It's a Noctua NF-A14 (140mm), Noctua NF-A15 PWM (150mm), A Cougar Vortex 120mm PWM, and a Tuniq 120mm (blue LED).
