If someone had one they could take measurements of, could someone simply machine or 3D print a new one? I'd buy one for my BKO. Maybe ask in the ICD forum? I'd suggest the ICDO group on FB, but I don't know if any of them would be willing to do it.
...Or is is not that simple? I have no idea what they look like inside.

It's actually a complete frame assembly so not that simple to have one made up. I recently acquired this beast and want to play around with it. Thing is mint, I got it from the original owner who said it was only used 2 or 3 times in its life. I will keep all the parts to return it to stock but want to see what I can do with it.

You could also put a promaster frame on it if you don't have any luck finding a trayless kit.
