We have several projects running now and are starting the brass builds. What a pleasure it is to work with brass again.

Do you prefer working with brass or stainless?

Brass is child's play compared to Stainless Steel. The thermal properties of SS are very different than brass and SS requires a mud like flux that the solder is floated under. The solder is very high temperature 56% silver and very hard when cooled. Going back to brass after we did 11 SS bodies is very relaxing.

Intriguing. Will most builds going forward be brass or all custom work for customer preference?

Jack,
Most builds going forward will probably be brass. From a production standpoint it is quite easier and quicker to work with. SS won't be out of the question either. It all hinges on what the customer desires and is willing to commission.

Great to hear. Can you message me the base prices on each of your builds? Depending on price I might be willing to commission a new build.
