Working on reg caps today. left is the one i was running in my mag. Right is the one that came off the mill. Notice the thread start and the hole. This I ended up enlarging the hole some and did a quick test. seemed to tighten up the velocity so making a change to the program now.

Pretty pumped how these are coming out considering the blems i started with.

Downside to using used rails is the pitting from people not cleaning their markers......ugh this one almost came out nice too.....https://imgur.com/a/g6bEP8i

It really has. Hard to believe how many markers have been there since we have been in our house. Hopefully we can keep at it too.

One more piece to the puzzle. Also i finally got flood coolant working on the mill. I have a few leaks to chase down, but it works.
