What do you guys think, does the tighter pattern (bottom) look better?

I would think the larger pattern would look better at a distance, compared to the tight pattern at the same distance.

In my pursuit of making a Relic-ized EMEK, I'm CADing up some EMEK grips... and falling down the rabbit hole that is CNC routers, so I can try to make these out of wood...
Would you think folks would be interested in wood EMEK grips, or would they not?

Yeah, I expect that I would be interested. I'm trying to stay away from CNC routers myself. Mainly a lack of space. Better to fund your weakness as long as I can.

Those look very good. Don’t have an EMEK, but if I did, would love the AK look if wood and steel. I always wondered why other wood and such were never implemented to the Sheridans, such as pump handles etc. exotic woods, such as stabilizing spalted maple and other woods. I do this with bowls and platters.

Can anyone guess the purpose of this little test section?

Validating the offset stack design that claims to reduced ball stack bounce? "Pump" kit for any semi?

First prototype of a B2K bolt, with some airflow shenanigans. I'm torn between turning the 90deg into more a sweep, but that would decrease the conical length for expansion.

On the topic of expansion in the bolt, I've always been curious about changing the expansion area with different parabolas and surface treatments. It kind of goes to poop as the flow stacks up behind the ball, but I would like to see what happens.

I can definitely try some stuff. I have marker stand and chrono, so will do some testing for sure once I get prints dialed in. Thinking of testing:
            Valve port size
            Angle or no?
            Exhaust size and various shapes
            Orings
        Working...
