They'd make better home defense rounds than rubber balls.

Anyone down to play a game of chicken? You’re only out when you call yourself out. I suppose that is the only use for such a paintball. Separate the men from the boys!

I used these in an outlaw game one time. Wally Mart and Dicks were both sold out of anything decent, and I don't know why I didn't go to my local pro shop. I guess I was in a hurry? Maybe I didn't have enough cash? (beer and cigarettes took priority; then rent, at that time.) But after the second game, EVERYBODY was bitching about the "bouncers from hell". Through deductive reasoning, we figured out it was me with the Monsters. I rarely got anything to break, and they were all getting bruised up. It was insane. I don't know what Brass Eagle's R&D was thinking. I ended up buying a 500rnd bag off of two guys and used that instead. Tossed the rest of the Monster Ball in the trash at home.
It was literally like shooting marbles. The stuff would bounce off of trees. I can't even begin to explain how ridiculous these were. When they did break, the fill was almost transparent. Like 3 drops of blue food coloring in a bottle of water. Insane.

I saw these while perusing sgw a few days ago. I saw them locally on CL as well and wrote the person suggesting they be thrown away since they’re dangerously hard and should never be shot out of a paintball gun at a person. I think the next time they show up I’ll buy them for giggles and nostalgia.

I kind of want to bid on this but at 30 dollars plus shipping it is rather difficult.

Found out last night my local field has a tub/can of 200rd Brass Eagle paint. Bright yellow shell, still smells like fish oil

I don't get why people are surprised these were unbreakable. I mean they advertised right on the box that they had a "Steel, blue shell".

Smaller. Rock hard shell. When it did break, shards of shell cut skin pretty easily. Watery greenish fill. Walmart and Dunham special. Haven't seen a box of it in over 10 years.
