The post clearly says BODY ONLY

Now theres buyer’s remorse because he didnt get a back block


am I wrong,,,,I shipped Canada if i take it back. Why am responsibleto give refund. An if so. Should i give refund minus my shippy

You could offer to split the cost of a back block from Mozak. But it seems pretty clear to me.

Do you even have a back block for it?

Does the picture of the body have a back block?

Or is he just assuming and miss understanding?

if I sell a body with a vasa, backblock, feedneck, and frontblock, that’s what it’s listed as. Not your fault

Hmm this is tough you did say "mozak body" but have photos of body and back block.

Buyer said "body alone" which I would also interpret as just the body no back block. But later the buyer mentions mozak partS in the counter offer.

In my opinion its very important for the buyer to clearly state what they wish to purchase. In this situation neither party was super clear on what they meant.

I'd say it would be fair to split the price of the back block and have buyer pay shipping since they are in another country and the shipping price may be high.

Nevermind, saw the part where he said it would be getting mid blocked. Its obvious he knew it would not include the back block.

The listing doesn’t say anything about a back block, just the “Mozak body” and the buyer asked “How much would you sell the body alone”. I think the listing was clear and also the buyer was clear on what he wanted, “body alone”. I’m just going off the info above and never seen the actual FS listing.
