It's a variation of the italian cocktail Negroni
In this new cocktail Malort replace Campari (both bitter apéritif) and the Vermouth is replaced by a lighter type Amaro (dryer and more herbal foward liqueur)
How to make it:
Equal part gin (I used a London dry style gin), Malort and Amaro Di Erbe garnished with an orange peel and served on ice
Need to find a name for it
