    Appraisal Help - Walz Brass

Need some help on value for Walz brass and TI single shot, bolt action FSR gun.

The bad news: gun is not currently functioning. Good news: it should be an easy fix for anyone that knows anything about sheridans, and all the really important stuff is included and in good condition. I bought this gun a while back, and it was somehow missing a lot of the original internals that Walz had modified. I got all of them replaced well enough to work, and then the 12 gram face seal went out. Oddly enough, I didn't have any spares, and just haven't gotten around to getting it back up and running with playtime going down and family stuff keeping me busy. There are a few other small things that will probably need to be done to get it really tuned well and shooting the way it is supposed to. The trigger pins were missing, the ones I got are a little long to fit flush into the stock. The enlarged Walz valve is gone, so it has a stock sheridan one, so it might need a different spring combo to get it to chrono appropriately. It hasn't been actually used in a long time, so seals, etc. might need replacing.

In addition to the gun, it comes with a full length and pirate stock. It has a .686 or so titanium barrel. Bag of springs, small parts, and spares. Also have a PPS rebuild kit that will go with it.

Aside from Patina, the wood and metalwork is all in great condition, and looks just like it did when I got it.

Also, feel free to reach out if you are interested, I would love to see this go to a good, MCB home.

Id guestimate $300-380 working? Could be worth more or less.

Id offer 220 as it sits, but I dont have the 220 as I just bought some other brass.

With both stock (Pirate and full) I agree should be worth in the 400-500 range even not working
        Bolt is all brass?

I think the bolt is all brass. It looks like it is, but I haven't actually pulled it out of the gun

Modded valve? Are you sure that's a thing? I think all Walz does is open up the transfer hole between the valve and the breech. Unless he swapped out the standard valve for a cartridge valve it should just be regular old Sheridan parts.

When I asked Walz about it before I bought the gun from the seller, I believe he said that he also drilled out the holes in the valve body itself, not just the transfer port. Pretty easy mod for anyone with a press, I just never got around to trying to replicate it.
