If you find foam you like, rubber cement seems to do a pretty good job holding it in. You don't have to buy a branded kit

Not an expert by any stretch but I installed a ton ofpadding insight my flex 8. For the sides I used JT soft ears. For the dome I used old headphone ear pads from various electronics I discarded over the years.

As long as the lens systems are the same, as
in takes a spectra lens, you should be good. I’ve only replaced vforce and Dye foam but largely you can use whichever mask foam you like, as long as it’s in the same pattern as the original. So like empire foam on dye goggle etc

Empire foam is the best you are gonna get. I'm currently running an experiment for an affordable/ comfortable solution and will report back

JT Goggle Foam
There are several different kits out there for JT masks, and I'm wondering which are the best. I've seen some kits that were advertised as being for the spectra, but ended up being the same kind of foam that goes in helix rentals. I also saw a kit on eBay that looked very nice, but the price was insane because it was shipped from Germany.
