    Custom autococker body ID

Bough this recently and trying to figure out if the milling is from a known maker or if its a garage job.

It seem to be from a WGP blank, from what I can see all the cut where done prior to ano. The IVG thread show a little at the top of the bottom tube.
the serial seem to be in the 2k-2k1 era
The rail is milled flat at the top
P block was made prior to ano
Back block look raw but I am not sure could be clear ano without polishing prior

Anyone recognise who might have made it?

Something small shop or home brew.... Maybe WWA

Yeah it strikes me as a 2k4 that was milled down. Is that a press in feedneck stub?

That's a nice find though, looks pretty solid

It has a press in threaded feedneck

O! Look down the feedneck, see if it has the wgp logo

The more I look at it the more I'm pretty sure it's a milled down 2k4.

Serial number on the right side, eye hole so it was either drilled for e1/2 or is a factory superstock, the vertical asa just screams wgp

No WGP logo, see picture below with my 2k1 cocker and serial number on the red one is slightly lower and seem to match date for WGP

Definitely looks like it started as a 2k1/2k2 wgp body. Judging by the front section of site rail. Those were unthreaded press in feednecks, but I'm pretty sure at one point they were offered as raw bodies with threaded stubs.

        Top rail is milled flat
the two groove on the side of the body are not perfectly in line (so potentially pointing to home brew, but those cut are similar to old Freeflow)
The jewel cutout is not present on the P body
The rest of the body match my 2k1 cocker
The eye hole was drilled after ano so not a factory eblade

It was cut from a 2k blank..

They didn't have any jewel and had threaded feeds

Looks good. I like it’s simplicity.
