'Cocker/Sniper pump kits?

1. (Autococker) My phantom handle over a deadly wind carbon fiber barrel with a Delrin bolt is the smoothest pump I have.
2. ccm with polished stainless guide and aluminum weighed handle is a close second/tie.
3. inception genesis kit $$ > drift $$$
4. My slice feels cheap but I have the low end one. Maybe the more expensive ones are better.

Niche made one with bearings but it was only a select few kits for the high end cocker they made. I don’t think they ever sold them separate. If they did it was very low numbers. The standard slice kits don’t have bearings in them. The one I shot was not very impressive. I thought my CCM was just as smooth if not smoother. The Niche was all aluminum tho that’s kind of cool you can Ano it to match. But bearings in aluminum on stainless wasn’t as smooth as Stainless on Plastic IMO. You felt more. Not that it really makes any real world difference.

Ken from Kpcs had made some for cockers. If remember correctly, everyone like how solid they felt, did not move or shake. I have one that one of these days I will be putting on a cocker.
Geez maybe I need to start pairing down some markers.

So I want to say it was Sanchez or someone else but i seem to remember someone putting bearings that ran along the main pump arm inside their pump handle. Am i just remembering a one off or was that ever produced seriously? That was probably the smoothest pump stroke i ever used if you can find that one or make it.

Definitely comes down to preference.
That being said, CCMs are hard to find, and I personally have never used one. From my experience, I'd say the Slice kit. The only "real" complaint I have is the return spring isn't stiff enough for my taste. But that can, of course, be altered. The pump handle is the absolute best I've ever held. Definitely shell out for the middle or top models so you get the secondary guide.
Here's a review I wrote a while back if you feel like reading. There's pictures too.

CCM is the benchmark for quality, but like others have said the Slice kits are super nice. I would be happy with CCM/Slice/Vendetta

CCM kits are awesome, but I always find the handle to "plane" and my hand is always slipping on the handle ... I wish they had a little more texture/grippiness to them.

CCM makes the best universally well liked pump kit.
It is basically the same design as the ID pump kits, but the handles from ID are either loved or hated. I like them but they don't fit every hand. The ccm handles are more universal shapes.

My two favorites are the CCM EZ Grip and the WGP Vendetta
ODM makes a bunch of cool custom color handles for the CCM kits to I have a few of them I really like.2 Photos

Thanks guys. I both need one for a project and wanted a better idea of what's considered a good kit, for the pumps I need to make for the Vee-Twins. Cuda, that review was very helpful, thanks, specifically.

The set screw on the Slice kit pump plate seems to work itself loose. Sure could try some loctite once you get it set where you want. I've heard of others also have issues with the secondary guide rod being off and causing rough stroke.
In my opinion, CCM is king.

I have not used the inception in anything more than, pick up marker and pump a few times
So without that on the list, slice
