AKA valve spring too heavy for plastic valve stem?

I normally run the light valve spring from a Spyder spring kit with my Evil valve, due to the 1-piece plastic stem/cup seal.

However, I have my Evil Spyder apart, and I have an AKA valve spring sitting here. Since I am already waiting for my AKA feedneck for this Spyder, I kind of figured "why not"?

But the AKA valve spring is significantly heavier than the lightweight spring I have in there currently.

Think the extra tension will snap the head right off its wee-little neck?

I was thinking of trying AKA springs in my pump Omen if the SLPS springs proved to be TOO super light... so this question also applies to that.

Decided screw it, threw in the AKA spring. If my valve stem snaps, I suppose it will be about time to get that custom valve stem made... I have been meaning to for a while, anyways.

      That's the spirit.

Other than that, I've nothing useful to contribute.
