    Manual pump

Anyone use one of these or something similar. How long does it take to fill up a tank. Is it a serious workout?

I have never used one but that price is terrible. $45 dollars with unknown hours, no warranty and unknown maintenance. You can buy a brand new one off Amazon for 63, a Vevor from Walmart for 53, or a new vevor from the manufacturer for 50.

      I have a 4-stage 4500 pump (bought during COVID)

Not too bad for a 15ci/3000psi tank. About 225 full pumps. The cylinder gets hot from
the compression though so you will need to take a couple breaks to let it cool or you'll
      melt your O-rings.

A 9ci id quick and easy though. However I did try filling my 80/4500....almost made it too....took 3 weeks 🤣😂

I got one of those along with a PCP rifle I had a few years ago. I gave it a try just for giggles, using an older (and technically out of hydro) 68/3K tank.

Probably had less than 200 psi when I started, and I conservatively estimate it took about 265,000 strokes to get it up to 3K on the gauge.

I figured it'd be great if you could get it set up as part of a daily exercise routine- 100 strokes a day during your workout, and by the weekend you'll have a full tank. But as a regular way to fill tanks? No thank you. Heck, one of the first things I did with the rifle was buy an adapter to hook it to one of my SCUBA tanks.

Approximately 300 pumps to fill a 13/3k, 1000 pumps to fill a 48/3k. I only fill to about 2000psi because I don't really trust the Chinese manufacturing.
