O, I totally forgot to mention, remove that plug right in front of the frame and you can usually sick a wrench or screwdriver through it to knock the cartridge lose and get it out because it lines up right where the cartridge is necking down

Weird, yeah we just tapped that plug hole and ran a bottom line

Tried that on mine, and several different replacement O-rings, and wrapping said O-rings in Teflon, with limited success. Maybe the previous owner damaged the body or something but it took everything short of welding that front plug to seal it.

Hopefully Ninja's gun won't be as temperamental as mine was.

The Overlord I had came with a completely gnarled 12-gram interface and was already set up for use with a bottomline. Rather than use a dummy cartridge the previous owner had attempted make the front plug air-tight, and I finished the work with an absolute pile of teflon tape. Needed some new Spyderish stuff like a cupseal and o-rings, too.
Ended up functioning OK, but I was never happy with the fact that cleaning the barrel properly required pulling the bolt and potentially further disassembly, so I ended up selling it.

Probably just needs a rebuild. It's a stbb design like a Spyder so you shouldn't have any huge problems with the rebuild

The bigger issue is, hope you like getting 12ies stuck in it because that's going to happen a lot. The design of the pierce assembly uses a o ring to seal around the neck of the cartridge rather than a face seal. This ends up grabbing the 12ie and not letting it fall out when you need to change it.

I modified my brother in law's overlord to a bottom line setup just to get around this. He still uses 12ies but in a bucket changer instead

Got this beautiful pistol in recently and to be honest, have no clue about them. I did pop a co2 cartridge in and it emptied it instantly and it got stuck on the pierce assembly. So, couple of questions, how do I remove a stuck cartridge and what do I need to do to seal it up so it doesn't bleed air like a stuck pig? I oiled the large 'spyder' rammer and that's about it. Thanks!
