picket fence or something to cover up the holes in the standup tires would work and is cheap to do

hell lets show up with chainsaws the next time and fix it for him!

ketzer7 I completely agree. Unfortunately, these suggestions fall on deaf ears.

I agree. There needs to be some smaller bunkers to fill in the big gaps in the shooting lanes. I'll happily donate some old tires to the cause

The photos aren't typically posted until Thursday. I'll keep my eyes open for them. Worst case I'll host & post in this thread.

ChuckLove or Mac are you guys able to see Xtreme's FB page if they post any pics from Saturday? I tried going to it and all it does is keep prompting me to log in, and I don't have an account on the Bookface, so I can't see. If there are any from Saturday, could someone post them up here so us luddites can see them? Thanks!

Someone else pointed out that the tires standing up on their treads don't make very effective bunkers because there's a giant rim-sized hole right in the middle of them Something filling those in would help a lot.

I actually help them out with the field quite a bit. Tire field is new and we haven’t had the chance to drill the tires out yet, But it is on the to do list

i really liked the field improvements too, the tire field is pretty cool. even though it rained before we played, not much mud on the fields which was nice.

one suggestion for the owner if anyone talks to him.....drill drain holes in those tires! water + fermenting paint + mosquito larvae = bad times

Ha oh man I heard them warn us about getting locked in. Didn’t think they’d actually do it!

That was fun! Thanks for setting it up. Solid turn out. Some great battles and A LOT of sun for a rainy day. I’m cooked. I enjoyed the field improvements. Especially the tire field when we cleaned up and ran the last player down at the buzzer. Nothing quite like dodging a string of paint, using the environment to your advantage and then getting that final elimination with a single shot from your pgp. Staging area was totally different without the giant poison ivy tree. Definitely down to play again. Probably bring another pop up and zip tie on my cowboy hat for some shade.
