Appears to be a really tight fit in my sydarm... Holding off on monkey arming it because something seems off. Hopefully Im not forgetting something obvious, haha.

The typical thing to look for is the spot-welds where the little front grip screw tab is attached. Sometimes there's a small burr raised from there, that isn't typically a problem with a factory barrel. The factory tubes tend to be fairly loose, and rely on the O-rings for centering. My adapter is much more closely fitted.
