    Empire Relay On/Off ASA regulator

Does anyone have experience using one of these? I imagine this would be a great pneumag regulator. I think it came out in 2010 so its very possible the ones in stock now will need rebuilding, just from sitting on a shelf.

Never done anything with these, but a cocker LPR off the top would be good. You'd need to figure out some sort of unregged output from the ASA though.

The main reason you don't see this ASA in a pneumag build is that you don't have an outlet for the unregulated tank pressure. While it might be a clever solution to a hidden LPR build through the frame, if you look at the gauge, it only goes to 300 PSI. Not really suitable for an Automag valve.

You can put a 1/2 inch ASA adapter on the back like https://palmerspursuit.com/collectio...tank-extension

Granted people with longer arms would benefit over people with shorter arms.

Nobody likes a smart ass, sonny Jim. That was way too clever for my liking. So clever that it may actually work, in fact.

I think he's onto something there. Besides the ASA extender adapter thing, I can't think of another way to make this work.

I us a similar device to carry air to an undermounted law. Though for a dedicated pneu mag set up, I dont see it being worth it.

Buy a batch of main seals, same as the Vanquish regs. Will need a 3mm nut driver and cut a slot in a wide flat headed screw driver or other piece of metal for tools. After that, they are easy to rebuild.

I've never seen on of these in person before. What does the passenger side look like? Is there enough meat on that side to add a second air port and tap that directly into where the tank threads in?

Is this the same reg on the older mini and axe?

I have one that Simon gave me to beta test.
If you need pictures or anything, let me know.
It has a unique mounting system.

Unless they've changed something after the one I have, it has a overpressure vent on the opposite side. I modified one to use as a bottom line reg by plugging the output and drilling the hole out in the vent port. It's already 1/8npt threaded.

I have one on an internal air eNMEy. I can snap photos of anybody wants.

By any chance do you have a tape measure and/or calipers? I think its possible to mill out and mount this onto a Y grip frame. That way the extension of the asa adapter is offset by the drop forward effect of the Y grip.

By any chance do you have pictures of this mod?

Being able to dual feed low and high pressure off the regulated ASA is ideal.
