Id say yeah, full rebuild is in order. I have no personal expierence, but if I recall, the hpr was a weak point on these.

They are also full of metal balls that are meant to act as a co2 expansion chamber giving the liquid more surface to bond to.

Maybe its worth removing the beads to volumize it and running an external regulator and hpa?

I dunno. if it shoots anything like my n1 when you get it working, itll be a riot.

Thanks for the insight! I've been bouncing off the walls for the past couple hours just thinking about it, never heard about the metal balls stuff

The metal balls were in the Supernova, the Nova 700 didn't have them.

Aired it up today and it surprisingly didn't leak, seals seem to be pretty recent and it's lubed properly. Only issue I can see so far is that the trigger is dead so it won't fire

update: the dead trigger was caused by the trigger set screw being loose, I then cleaned up the breech/feedneck area because there was definitely a few chopped balls in there, other than that the o-rings all look fresh and some oil all around it's running great.
Working...
