ANS still sells these for relatively cheap... Incase your 3d printed model doesnt hold up. https://www.ansgear.com/ANS_Jack_Ham...p/ansjhreb.htm

That’s awesome! I should have jumped in the 3D printing bandwagon. So much cool stuff

WGP's version is called the sledgehammer and not the same. I hope I didn't confuse.
There were multiple versions of the jackhammer all with different milling but the internals were all the same.

I have a sock WGP non externally adjustable, and the seat doesnt match with this externally adjustable ANS LPR.
I think i may be calling "Jackhammer" and "Jackhammer 2" the wrong thing ...

I believe the internals for the jackhammer and jackhammer II are the same. Or all jackhammers for that matter.

Thanks all, this is for an ANS adjustable LPR.
I have great results making seat for Sheridans so i gave it a trial (.STL file attached to first post):

I don’t know. I have no experience with those regulators, I’d email ANS if no one here knows.

ANS LPR seat
Hello MCB,
Finally got to look at my cocker, and found some debris inside the 3-way ... took me a minute to find the source, the LPR seat is falling apart.
Whats a good place to get replacement seal for this?
Thanks ya'll

Edit:
I made a 3D printed seal, will see how it holds ...
Edit 2: Aired it up, it regulate and seal properly!
