    RTR 12 gram holders

Looking to pick up one for my SC build, either the boomerang or the blade.

Blade would probably be better for an ICD stock in a bottom line, but the boomerang better for VSC, correct?

    Pics would be much appreciated.

Did anyone ever make something that clamped onto the CCI stocks that held a few extra 12 grams (like the RTR Quad/Knuckle/Boomerang)? Not exactly something I NEED, but one of those nifty things if it ever existed. Worst case, I suppose I could snag a Quad and just drill/tap my stock to mount it... Edit - Has anyone snagged one

Here there is some pictures of the boomerang and knuckle in this thread I have never use the blade

I think a boomerang would work for both setups. I personally am not a huge fan of having 12ies on the marker, although I do like the look of it. I prefer to have wrist 12 gram holders personally but everyone is different! Will you be using a bucket changer in VSC or the lever changer?

        +1 for boomerang!

I have the Knuckle on my Duckslide and like it but there is a down side that it is not convenient if you often shoot with you weakside hand. Not a big issue for me but some people it might bothered by it.

I love my Boomerang! It makes for such a quick 12g change.

I like the blade best on my VSC. I found the boomerang, to tie me to only either shooting or changing the 12 on one specific side and I'm just not smart enough to plan ahead like that

The blade doesn't get in the way of the VSC bucket changer?

You'd mount it pointing to the back.

Yeah it needs to go backward, but it doesn't get in the way of switching hands. I found with the boomerang using one hand always felt awkward if it was backwards and if it was forward it got in the way if I was trying to use the same side hand to change the 12ie. If you are decent about timing changes, which I am not, that shouldn't be a problem.

I love my boomerang but it's not compact enough. I prefer the quad which is really close to the marker and anyway, with an rtr harness, I can increase my load

You can still get everything but the boomerang right from RTR still.

I have one of each of the RTR 12g holders. But I use this… I put it around my wrist on the inside to hold 12g. Holds more is just as fast and works with any Stock Class setup. They are available in a bunch of different designs to attach them to just about anything. It’s also super cheap.
