That full bed is just a few minutes above an hour.
I like your idea of a break to "pull" the spacer out ...

All I caught was " 10 minutes later". That bed full of parts would take me hours to print to get em to work. Lol.
i feel these may want to tumble, and or that back cap may hurt if it stays with the round.
What if you skeletonized the cone down to 2x rings, and 4x " legs" connecting them for a better chance to make the cone sabot not fly forward?
or even a ring at the fsr end, legs to a flat for the round nose. You would think that tiny flat would act as qn air brake for your spacers.
i would think they would still be strong enough to support the spring stack either way.

Its black PLA, so its supposed to be "biodegradable" ... but im not sure what the lifetime actually is ...
How did they fly?

I packed some with a bit of tissue paper for this in a spring feed idea. I would suggest the same; FS rounds don’t need to leave any more crap laying around than they already do.

Hello MCB,
This just popped in my mind ... I HAD to try it ...
What about stacking FSR into the front tube of a DRV? The FSR are already facing the right way, and they dont have to be flipped or anything ... But they nose fit inside the squirt of the one in front ... so what about a 3D printed cone spacer to hold the FSR at the right place?
