    Thanks guys I finally got it worked on, I’m definitely going to have to learn to repair this guy, I just never had much experience with electros and don’t want to make anything worse. I guess the leaking from the middle was a reg seat oring or something? That I never would have guessed so I’m glad it got repaired.
    next time I will look at learning to take it apart, heh.

    I can't say I've ever had a real finicky Dye gun. I love the guns because they've been so trouble-free in my experience.

    Like all Dye markers they are finicky pigs. But when you get them right they really do shoot great. Best learn how to tec it yourself cuz Dye really don’t know much about them. Rockstar Tactical is a great resource for parts if you need them. They ship fast and they have great CS.

    Yeah, it was pretty disappointing the one time I called Dye about a DAM. Just needed to figure out sizing on some set screw sizes after anoing the gun. Their tech basically admitted that no one had any idea what sizes the set screws were. As we progressed talking I quickly realized he was nervous and had zero idea what a DAM was. Nice guy but I just told him thanks and seeya dude. If they're back to really pushing this gun I hope they back it with some actual support.

    Chuck is right, your problem is probably burned out reg seat.

    If you don't feel like addressing that, try lubing the hell out of the inner bolt can oring. Its the oring that sits nearest the front inside of the bolt can. If I don't sufficiently lube that I develop a small leak in the middle.

    Last note...

    The DAM has a number of small set screws loctited into the main body... Two of these set screws sit near the board and selenoid... its really rare but sometimes the set screw near the solenoid can leak, requiring the user to take it out, re-loctite and screw it back in.

    TBH you are likely best trying to contact Dye through FB either them directly or one of the techs, directly. BW is a regular on there with tech videos and repairs.
    I have also found that Eclipse is best dealt with there as well. Was able to find a part that "no one had".

    Considering a DAM is just a Matrix, I suggest you read your manual and buy a rebuild kit.
    Something mentioned above strikes a chord with me. I wonder if you didn't let the reg seats get old, over pressure, and blew out your solenoid?

    Oh make sure you pay attention to the shim stack orientation. Make sure it goes back together just like the picture above. (Light hold Loctite on the 3 set screws) pay
    attention to the note in yellow above it’s important. You will need to get a pair of retention clip pliers. To remove the C clip. You can find those just about anywhere cheap at like harbor freight if you don’t already have one. Amazon has em for like $8 “c clip pliers”.

    How much pressure is your tank reg putting out? If you feed them to much pressure it can cause them to leak.

    You want it between 400-650psi some tank regs are set a lil high for them, they are like a mid pressure marker.

    After you confirm it’s not an over pressure issue I recommend changing out your reg seat. You can find the manual on the Dye Website. But I screen shoot the important part for you.     It’s leaking from the middle and two guys who are used to wiring on their own electros have not been able to diagnose the leak. I appreciate the help but I was thinking that Dye needs to fix it and I can’t get ahold of anyone

    Wow Dyes customer service is horrible

    I have been calling customer service leaving messages for a month trying to discover how to get this $1000+ paper weight running. I love my DAM, it’s my only Dye product and I am having a real time reaching anyone who can actually repair this thing (or even anyone). Does anyone know of another financially sound option for fixing it?
