Question,you running a CAMD board or dips.Retail market shows both. Retail show boards that are compatible to the Spyder EM1/ Raven Primal. The CAMD refers to a Ver 2.0 Spyder Board, which covers a lot of the Spyder line up. You've likely ran down this avenue,but thought i'd at least throw it out there. Good luck.

I found out using the AMG manual that LCD boards in the various other spyders with LCDs are NOT adjustable in semi only.
Only the full auto and burst modes allow you to adjust ROF. It wouldn’t surprise me if the primal/em1 boards had the same stupid logic.

can anyone confirm this in non-LCD boards? It’s been so long since I have tinkered with them.

It's the CAMD board. No dip switches. Just the tournament lock jumper. If this doesn't have rof settings on semi, it's so hard to believe that my og em1 red board is "better" then the primal board.

Did a quick follow up on a CAMD Ver 2.0 board,(Spyder Pilot ACS) from what i read and understand that you can only adjust ROF within the set parameters of 6-13 using the jumper or tournament lock. without it you stuck in Semi with a max. ROF of 13BPS.

Doesn't sound like the CAMD board is going to achieve what you would like. Might be able to put a CAMD Ver 3.0 if it has the features your looking for, i haven't wandered too far into electors, but have had to troubleshoot a couple from time to time back in the day.
