Bit late getting round to it this month. Here is this month's Spyder.

It's the oldest Spyder I've got. This one and I are like a broken recliner, we go waaaaay back. Choke screw Spyder body, ProLine back block with RVA, raised sight rail, field strip screws, later style frame, trigger job, brass shoe, ProLine .45 block, angled ASA, stainless line, brass fittings, "add on" expansion chamber, ported and polished internals, and hard chrome brass barrel, which I believe is a J + J.

How heavy is that barrel? I don’t know old barrels very well, but it seems like it’d be heavy, but in a good way. I bet it sounds super nice.

No, not an Autokicker. This one predates the Autokicker. I do have one though, in black, a two hole Compact body with the larger feedneck.

It's not too hefty. A stainless Dye barrel of equal length weighs about 20% more than it.
