This thing is looking great and really inspiring me to take one of my H7 to the next level. That lower that takes PE mags looks very nice. Are they still available and how much did that set you back?

They are still available! Printed on an as-ordered basis with a few options available.
There are a few different colors as well as printing methods to pick from.
Pricing starts at $99 for a print in black ASA, he told me he's getting ready to transition to PET-CF.
He can also have them professionally printed SLS/MJF machine for the best strength and finish. More pricey, but thats the route i went.
ill pm you his info

this thing is awesome.
the lower fits airtight, even with my sloppy angle grinder work!
the front pump guide rod somehow fits better than the stock lower to the point that virtually all slop in the stroke is eliminated. and thats without the return spring.
extremely stoked to get in some seat time with this abomination.
BMC has the good barrel in the mail, the one with the boogered end was "unsalvagable"

Some "fun" updates.
The barrels came back from BMC! Looks nice with the extra couple inches. Yes, thats what she said.
Unfortunately, both the freaked and 14" cmi barrels are slighty skinnier than the stock h7 barrel, so with those, the handle wobbles a lil bit. Ive got a rifle glassing kit i grabbed to mod a new handle for my DSG, maybe ill slap some GOOP in the handle and shave it for a tighter fit.
The Lapco bolt is gunna need some love/ shelved😂
I COULD trim it down and buzz a new groove in.
But some genius (maybe me, maybe was like this when i got it. just. cant. even. remember!) ran the pump arm bolts into the bolt adjustment threads. If i come across another one, nylon grub screws in there first, past enough threads so the pump arm screws dont do dat + help keep the adjuster in place.
Found a nice brass bolt on tha 'bay. So, back to waiting. Good thing im patient. Almost like a Master Waiter. Looks like that one will need trimmed down and regrooved also. Maybe threaded for the pump arm screws too
Also had a second H7 show up today i traded a spare parts automag for. Came with 3 mags, that makes 5 stock Hammer mags (50rnds) if i keep that one stock. Will make a good loaner. Maybe that one will use FSR and use the unfreakable barrel.

SEMi RELATED post:
My Redux came with the stock, flush barrel and a 3 piece Whoosh. The Whoosh is amazing, acting as a longer barrel and "works as advertised" to significantly quiet the shot. When the cover and tip are removed, the back half of the barrel performs and sounds very much like the flush unit, but with the exposed threads on the end and an extra ~1 & 3/8" sticking past. I would like to be able to swap from the whoosh to a shorter, lighter setup without having to dissasemble the slide to swap barrels. Ive been kicking around the idea of fabricating a screw on, ported "muzzle break" to protect the threads, slightly extend the end and maybe help quiet it down (not to "whoosh tip levels, but better than the unported stub or stock barrel).
I had a few options laying around i thought id try out.
A CCi tip is threaded same as phantoms but will go one full turn before locking up. There is a short gap (~3/8) between the end of the stub and the step inside the cci tip. not enough to cause breaks but Shooting with this tip noticibly increased my range and reduced the sound signature. But most notably, every shot hooked left. im guessing even though it seemed like the tip was on there square, it was cocked just enough to mess things up.
Hammer 7 to the rescue!
The removable muzzle break on the stock barrel is close enough for a few turns on the stub, doesnt look half bad and does everything i was looking for.
Shoots straight, More range, quiter shot and most importantly, protects the threads when the whoosh tip is not being used.

The ebay guts came in and i got the brass and lapco bolts chopped down and regrooved.
brass is currently not adjustable but maybe ill thread it for a phantom piece.
Some more cool news, Staunchy is doing a new batch of straight (non angled) hammer7 asa s.
i kind of like the angle but plan to grab one or two of these also.
heading to the field this weekend for paint and air and will get some testing done next week on the internals!
