Saved from a cached Google page.
I have no idea if this is accurate or not but I needed some of this info this evening and figured I'd be a good citizen and repost it to save it for the next person.

Anybody know what size the 98C and A5 bumper o-rings are? I know it isn't a crucial o-ring, but I'm afraid too large might cause burping, and too small might cause rear cap damage.

Here's a chart with an A-5 o-ring list with o-ring numbers & sizes in inches. Found it in an old PbN thread. Apparently this doc was originally from the old A5OG. Doesn't list durometers though.

            https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...AV4/edit#gid=1

And here's the aforementioned thread from PbN, which also has the IDs and ODs in millimeters.

              An errata:
The hammer and valve body o-ring hardness for carbines and pro-carbines should be 70A.

Anyone have one of these for the A5? Seems like there was a change in the tombstone ring at some point, I'm trying to figure out the old and new sizes

Only kind of. It lists a 111 which is what I've typically used but I'm assuming that's the old size, I'm not sure on that, doesn't list any other size or durometer (I suspect 90 but again, never seen actual specs)

Tippmannparts.com says the change was in 2011 and which one you have can be determined by measuring the valve body length. 1 15/16" (1.938", 49.2mm) is the old one that uses the smaller o-ring. They don't list the trade number, of course.

Do you have calipers that you can measure the old one with? They are easy to cross-ref since Tippmann uses mostly(or entirely?) standard American AS568B inch sizes. I only have an early A5 right now, but a 2011+ ought to be here today. I'll probably have it apart and can measure that o-ring if needed.

I believe they used at least one metric oring in the Flex Valve. The orings between the body and trigger/valve block on the Crossover are some Parker proprietary oring but it's a very similar size to 3x1mm so those may work (some Dow55 may be required).

                        Sold that marker

I know one of them, I believe the old one is a 111 I just don't know what the new one is

I am working on a buddy's Crossover and have compiled a list of o-rings:

                          Valve end cap
                          70A 011
                          31 TA35076 1 Valve spool bumper 90A 010

                          55 TA35087 1 Regulator piston (sm) 90A 004
                          69 18-PA 1 Fore grip seal 90A 015
                          TA30049 6 spool - sm / air tsfr tube 70A 008
                          TA20003 1 spool - large 70A 010

Also, I found the ultimate Tippmann parts list, which actually includes durometer and seal size, not just the Tippmann catalog # that's in the manual. All other parts for all models are also included.
