Thanks. I don't expect these things require exceptionally precise tolerances to function well. Small enough to fit, and large enough to return to a properly seated position between shots should be enough

It would be nice to know the material and durometer of the seals. They also have a raised "bull's-eye" pattern. Whatever the material is, it's stood up well over time, but the last of the NOS must be long past it's shelf life. It shouldn't be too difficult to make a rebuildable version where the valve stem is threaded rather than press fit; then punching the seals from a flat sheet of whatever material is fairly simple.



Of course, they really should be machined to bretg HPA conversion if we're going to bother with all that

When I cut them, the stem of the poppet is exposed and I sometimes punch them through and the flip the seal and reassemble. Works.
