    All right, I’ll bite...

Everything. I mean everything good, bad, and ugly. I wish for diversity in the sport.
AKA, every part or gun producing company, KAPP, Jackal, all of the machinists/shops behind the big names, PK Selective, RPS Scherer, and other paint manufacturers, Diamond Labs, Polecat, Kingman, Tippmann, Sheridan, Belsales, Smart Parts for crying out loud! Did it make the gun look good? Maybe. Did it make the gun shoot better? Depends on the day of the week. Did it make you a pro overnight? You know it did(n’t). Did it actually make the gun shoot worse? Possibly. Was it better than last week’s model? Of course that’s what the ad said. All of it!

But just think if SP and Eclipse were still producing splash kits and wood grips, I wouldn’t have to look through 10 people’s collections who each have 4 complete Crazy Black Splash kits and every other pattern for mags and all I want is a bare aluminum single trigger frame and trigger so I can match ano it but they don’t exist because these hoarders have “incomplete” kits and need more.../rant

ya know gotta look pretty on the field... I need my splash!

But alas, ‘tis a pipe bomb dream and it already exploded...

Nobody said bigger paint yet? It would be nice to be able to shoot any paintball gun without putting a .682 barrel on it.

I seriously miss the aftermarket part world. I get that now most mid-range guns come with an on/off, clamping feedneck, etc. but the individuality of every gun is gone.

I also had a pair of Empire pants in desert camo from... 2010? I can't remember exactly when, but they were by far the most comfortable pants I've ever owned.

Yeah I agree. I like not having to spend a lot more money on a brand new gun but I wish there were other upgrades to get. I loved the days of going to the field to see how everyone customized their stuff. But being able to get aftermarket boards and stuff like that was fun. I wasted so much money on Ion upgrades but it was fun.My boys and I had 5 Ions at one point and they were all unique.

May or may not be your style, but I picked up a pair of Contract Killer (ck fight life) pants last year that feel very "Classic" in fit and are super rugged.

                Redz gear.

Gator Black paint was my all time favorite. Shot SO nice from my Phantoms... and your targets couldn't see it coming.

Gator Black is also my all time favorite paint. Why doesn't somebody remake it?

Most paintball gear back in "the day" was pretty garbage IMO compared to what we have today. I only miss one thing:

Real matte shell Marbalizer. Paintball died a little the day RPS sold out.

Even the cheaper RPS paint was decent. 'twas a sad day indeed when RPS sold out.

Support for the sport, in general. I miss being able to walk into everything from Ace Hardware to Walmart and find paint/CO2/squeegees/masks... it wasn't good, but it was at least there.
If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

This ^. Now it's slim pickings finding anything PB related in any major retailer. Only thing I can find easily is 12g's at my local Canadian tire and I was able to buy a shotgun belt to use as my first tube holder as well.

I miss the days of multiple pro shops that each sort of catered to a specific part of the sport. Locally one pro shop was more oriented towards airball players, a second was more milsim and a third was a big seller of paint and clothing. Now with all but one closed it's mostly Milsim and airsoft stuff in there with airball stuff being mostly on consignment etc. That said I am glad to see a large push towards pump play in my area. I was one of the first of the newer breed of pump players back in the early 00s. I remember showing up at a field and being the only or maybe one of say 3 guys running pump in a group of 50 players. Now pumps are mixed in regularly and I'm seeing mech semi with GoG eNMEy line make a huge push as well as people bringing out the old high end cockers and mags.

Reds harnesses. Fantastic quality for what you paid. I should see if I can sew some new velcro on mine.

Mines a 3+2. Perfect size. I really like the little pouch for carrying random stuff. Perfect for a can of Skoal, lol.

I have the same 3+2. Works much better without the little lumbar pad that velcro's in. Works great but it does hang out quite far compared to newer harnesses. I'd rather have a Dye Assault pack or an HK pack any day. You load that Redz up with 5 pods and it sticks out about a foot.

Won that Redz pack at Castle Conquest in 2006...still running strong. That says something about Redz quality.

I leave that lumbar pad in, but I also only carry 3 tubes max. The last time I carried more than that was maybe 10 years ago.

For me, it would be e-bolt kits and LP kits for Tippmann 98s. Both are upgrade paths that, if modernized, would make a lot more sense than an e-grip or R/T kit. Something like The One kit could be cool too; any of the drop-in kits that converted blowbacks to electropneumatics.

Other than that, the only thing I could say is specific autococker parts to drive the prices down.
