    The MCB Night Before Christmas!

    The MCB Night Before Christmas.
At the big game with just minutes to go,
Bunkered, outnumbered with the Jergs, my bro.
The paint was flying at a high rate of speed,
With more balls per second than anyone should need.

The agglets advancing with space guns in tow,
The outcome looked bleak for me and the bro.
He with the Cocker and I with my Spump
Make our last stand against electros with pumps.

When from our left flank there arose such a ruckus,
I sprang from our cover to see what was amoung us.
Away to the next tree, I flew like a flash
Expecting the carnage I once saw on M.A.S.H.

The sun on the breast of new fallen snow
Gave a lustre so great to the objects below.
When what in my outnumbered eyes should appear
But Carter's Commandos in Hawaiian print gear.

With a wiley old leader, the head of this charter
I knew in a second it must be M. Carter.
More rapid than eagles, his attackers they came
And he whistled, and shouted, and called the by name:

"Now Big Matt! Now Titus! Now Hurtcow and Mar!
On Schmitti! On Brewt! On Drum and on Harb!
To the top of the ridge, to the castle wall.
Now fire away, fire away, fire away all!"

And then, in a twinkling, I heard the loud shots
Striking the Agglets like rain drops on pots.
I drew my pistol, and was turning around
As down the valley, Carter came with a bound.

He was dressed like a luau from his head to his foot,
With a "Painthappy" patch on the leg of his suit.
A bundle of guns he had flung on his back
With thousand round pods he pulled from his pack.

His eyes- how they twinkled! His dimples how merry!
His cigar smelt like roses with the hint of the cherry.
The stump of the stoagie, held tight in his teeth
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.

A wink of his eye and the twist of his head,
I knew the poor agglets soon would be dead.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
The first one he shot was that Mike guy, the jerk.

And laying the cover like a pump station hose
And giving a nod, the Commandos went rogue.
He sprang to the front, to his men gave a whistle
And they threw down the hammer like a modern day missile.

And I heard him exclaim as he opened a beer,
Merry Christmas to all! See you next year!

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

One last Xmas star... think it's a repeated repeat but that's ok.
