    Is Bacci Paintball still around?

    I ordered a couple things of his website a few days ago but never got the confirmation email that it said I was going to get. It still says order processing on the orders page.

    ​​​​Is it just a slow system or is it not getting updated anymore?

    Dan is still there. Getting confirmation can be slow. I've received items before I've gotten confirmation. No need to worry. Dan is a stellar individual.

      Good to hear. I've ordered from him before, but that was years ago. I don't remember many details from it, but I do remember being happy with the purchase.

        It's just slow, but it always arrives.

        If you think ordering is slow, just try inquiring about one of the 3rd party markers. Lol.

          Yup, no worries about Dan, I have dealings with him quite often and everything ends up getting to me. Dan will also go out of his way to help you even if you are not buying something from him. If you have a concern just message him, he will respond and make things right/send you information. For me I just order stuff from his website or through eBay store, pay and just put it out of my mind. Everything always shows up and it is a nice surprise when it shows up. Just got a BL Torpedo reg from Dan earlier this week.

            Dan is a stand up guy. I’ve dealt with him numerous times and have never had any problems. He’s sold me some rare, hard to find items. He’s the man! :-)

              I've had an order pending with him now since 8/2. I've had plenty of dealings with him in the past and he's always been good. Usually if he's out of town or whatever he puts up a notice. I've had not response to email either. I'll give him another week but I'm about ready to file a PayPal dispute.

                Try sending him a message on here Dan is Bacci Paintball user name here, messages/emails sometimes go missing, it might help.

                  That’s good to hear, I sent an email about one of those 3rd party guns a week or 2 ago and haven’t heard anything back. Been wondering if there was a technical issue. Glad to hear it just takes a while.

                    It took me a few weeks to hear back about the Evil Omen extrusion (sadly had already been sold).

                    It took about 10 days to hear back on the raw/unfinished Piranha... which I am now waiting on the reply to actually buy.

                  He just posted on Facebook today he's working on orders between real work and the wildfires (he's in North Cali) Just got a shipment from him a week or two ago he's good

                    I literally just got another package from him yesterday. He can be a little slow, but he is definitely still running a top notch business and in all the years I have literally never had a single issue with him.

                      He must be into other things. I also have a order that has not gotten to me yet. And I am frustrated. I know he's legit and I order things alot. This is the longest its ever taken. So, while disappointed, I am chalking it up to him being busy right now. I'll wait until next week before I fuss to him.

                        Honestly, I am willing to wager it's the post office, not Dan.

                        Dan (in California) mailed a single 10.5" Pro Lite barrel to me (in Oregon) on the 10th... so, ten days ago.

                        I have yet to receive the barrel. In fact, the tracking number implies that I will not receive it until the 22nd.

                        I very seriously doubt that Dan requested that the post office take two weeks to deliver a single package to the next state over.

                      Hi guys, sorry I am really backed up right now. And seems like I have been for the last few months but I'm starting to get more behind now.
                      Orders are still going out but a few of the larger orders I have been dragging my feed on digging out the final items.
                      I'm keep hoping to catch all the way up but my non paintball work keeps getting to be more and more. If anyone wants refunds please message and I will refund you asap. Otherwise I will continue to process orders and will be back tomorrow night and Saturday to pack orders and ship Saturday and Monday. But like I said if anyone doesn't want to wait please message me and I will refund you.
                      And while I am not immediately effected by the fires in Northern California (I am in Los Angeles) my family is. One fire is only a few ridges away from our house in Sonoma County and I have been reloading the fire maps non stop. Doesn't effect orders, just my sanity. Thanks again everyone.

                        And also, the post office shipments have generally ground to snail pace for first class and priority. I know this coupled with my slow processing speed is increasingly frustrating to people who have ordered. I hope USPS will return to normal soon.

                          Hey not a problem. I just haven't really kept up with paintball the last number of years so I was just curious. I didn't want to jump to any conclusions, so I thought I'd ask here. I'm willing to wait, no hurry.

                        You're not Amazon I totally get it I do the occasional one-off ebay auction to help fund my habit and it's a hassle, waiting for bacci orders is like waiting for Christmas morning
