Anyone put a drift kit on a empire sniper?

Thinking about doing a new pump kit on my sniper, here's why

I like running the hit man plate, but when I use it on my sniper, it pulls the pump handle down and causes too much friction on the guide rod and the pump spring can't pull everything forward again.

But, looking at the drift, I just realized it only runs one pump arm, I was thinking it was a quad rod setup since the sniper is double pump arms from the factory.

So, anyone else use/install one on a sniper? I'm really wondering if it can handle the hit man plate without causing excess friction

I can say that it's a great kit and with an ID lower tube and the other parts that I have on mine, I can confidently snap-shoot against a guy running a CCM 6.5M/the latest and greatest from CCM.

In short, the kit will smooth out your pump stroke and allow you to utilize a hitman plate easier than if you were running the stock pump kit. With the added smoothness that the ID Drift kit provides, I would expect a higher likelihood of your pump handle returning to the fully forward position on its own much easier than if you were running the stock pump kit.

I had the same issue so I 3d printed my own handle with less slop. Although I did print one in wood and it did not slide well. This works great, but I am sure a drift kit would be way better.

Mine has a morph valve with ID hammer and bolt and it shoots as nice at my cocker pump with ccm pump kit and CCM internals.

Pic was from when I was testing out a modular barrel, ignore the prototype colors!

Just make sure you like the drift kit pump handle. If not I believe there’s a Slice kit you can do.
