Do You Play Year Round or Seasonal?

Indoor fields make it easier to play when it's too cold (or hot) out, but not everyone has access to multiple fields. Do you take after the Postal Service motto "neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds", or do you wait until it's warm and sunny?

I hate playing in the snow, personally. I also avoid playing when it's too hot. So I typically wait for more temperate settings like spring and fall.

I used to play year-round. I haven't played in the snow for years now, but I'm open to it. I'd like to once or twice this year, as I have a lot of extra paint to use up.

The coldest I ever played in was 10*F. With co2, 10" of snow on the ground, and no building to warm up in. Just run someone's car for a while, put the co2 bottles up on the defroster to warm up, and do it again. Had a blast.

If there is meat targets on the field, I'm willing to play. I've played in all elements and seasons in 30+ years of paintball. I think rain sucks the most!

I hate playing in the rain. But I play all year in just about any condition. I avoid rain, and often pay extra entry costs for events so I can stay home if it rains. Snow I don't mind because it don't effect the paint like rain. I can dress warm but I hate getting wet and what it dose to paint. Cold I can deal with but Cold and wet Sucks!

100% agree. Snow is fine, can be really fun even, fuck the rain.

I play all year long, Its fun to play in all weather conditions. I prefer snow honestly It makes it different and you wear a hoodie and do not sweat. Rain not so much, but yup I will play whenever. Any excuse to hit the field.

Playing in the snow is definitely my favorite. The coldest I'll play is -15C. Much more fun diving and sliding in the woods if you don't have to worry about what's under the leaves.

Winter specific kit is a must though (reliable gun, winter paint, HPA, proper boots, layers, etc). The only time a gxg tac vest is useful...

I have been playing atleast once a month since 2008, unless I'm injured or sick of course. Playing in the snow is a blast too.

I'm not a big fan of playing in inclement weather, but I will if it's a special event where enough people I know are attending. This is typically limited to The Cold Arsed Game and other similar events.

Year round to the best of my ability. I try to get out once or twice a month April through October. November, December, and March I play some winter big games and a charity game. Unless it's -20C (like -1000F I think?) I'll be out.

I like snow but hate rain. Unfortunately I live in the PNW. Back in the day I'd go rain or shine.

I've played in the snow/winter a few times, but I have no interest in doing it again. If there's snow on the ground, I'm not playing. But Utah winters are mild enough that, as long as the field is dry and the sun is out, I'll consider playing. If there was a decent indoor field I'd consider that too.

Right now, due to school, I pretty much only play during the summer.

Hold up people here actually play???

                            play year round.
mused to only play summer if it hadn’t rained in a month because I couldn’t drive and the local field is Litteraly a shit pile and the small doesn't come out if it’s the slightest bit wet.
