Unable to prompt Notifications / Error

I'm getting an error (code 500 Internal Server Error) when I try to open Notifications. It's happening on my phone and desktop browser, both. Seems like it's on the server end.

I had this issue and finally after deleting tons of subscriptions and stopping the automated subscription when making a comment it cleaned up that issue.

Thank you. I’m getting auto subbed for threads I never even opened though.

Yes, somehow the subscriptions tend to toss this error. no one has been able to figure out why or how and when ever I've gone back to vbulletin, I just get told to upgrade. I mean we can, but it's a whole new thing that will cause a ton of changes that I'm not sure I want to undertake when this is running smoothly (for the most part).

Ah. Interesting. Also, I’m sure you’re aware of the site auto-subbing for threads the user never even opened.

Ironically, the notifications I had were for said threads. But anyway, the notifications seem to be working now. Thank you

the_matrix_guy your auto threads are likely something you did in accident. If you are subbed to the whole section, you will he subsequently subbed to any new threads in that section. Are you sure you haven't subbed to a section? I've been there.
