Arrows - Last/First Page

Not a high priority, but how hard is it to include those first page/last page arrows? These would make it easier to pass by the first pages of a thread instead of having to input the page number.

Just a if/when kind of thing.

Good suggestion. I'll have a look at that this weekend. Must be a modification I can simply do for that.
