Increase character limit per post

In attempting to recreate Stilgar's shipping to Canada thread, I noticed that I couldn't copy & paste the entire first post due to a 10,000 character limit. I could pair it down, but the original post had 17,959 characters. This would require me to break the OP into two posts.
