I just recently bought a used T2 off of Ebay which did not work when I went out back to shoot. I immediately called CCM and got to talk to Rod. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me trying to do some troubleshooting. He was very patient with me while I was taking the marker apart. We were not able to figure out what the problem was so Rod had me ship the marker to him.
I got a call yesterday from Melissa saying the marker was fixed and there was no charge for the labor or shipping. This totally blew my mind. I have never had such an enjoyale encounter as I had with CCM in my life. They set the standard for the industry. Kudos to Rod and Melissa.
PS, When I first talked to Rod I thought he was some young twentiesh kid out of college just by the way his voice sounded. Well, I just saw a tech video Rod had done and was surprised to see how old he really was. LOL
