I make my own. they are the ultimate. energy, protein, nutrients all in one. raw organic ingredients only. and SO DELICIOUS (also very filling)

thats about half a small batch, about 45 mins to make with the prep work.

good ingredients:
-hemp hearts
-pistachios (shelled and chopped up)
-dried fruit/berries (blueberries and cranberries especially good)
-other good nuts like almonds and pecans
-protein powder if you want extra protein
-honey or maple syrup
-organic peanut or almond butter, blended with mashed up dates (good base)
-chocolate (if you like chocolate)

next time I'm gonna try using matcha in the base
