I agree that it is up to everyone, in fact i would go a step further and say it is your Duty to look after everyone. not because of possible political repercussions or personal inconvienences but because it is the RIGHT thing to do

This doesnt mean you should be an *** about it or some authoritarian strong arm. Be firm, polite, and respectful and yell only when necessary
