I will try and check later but I seem to recall something about a jogger actually being killed, but a quick google wasn't hitting any stories that sounded like the one I was thinking of. (Could be mixing stories, and the death may have been from a large dog attack or something. But still seeing lots on attacks against teens and such.)
if they are teens and those are large dogs, maybe they were actually provoking the attacks? it would be like how most rattlesnake bites are on people's hands because they keep trying to **** with the snakes in the first place.
