How was your workout?
Today was my first day back after taking a week off. Lost a bit of strength, but feel more motivated than before.
Did shoulders/legs today. Took two attempts on my heaviest set to get the DBs into place for the shoulder press. Completely failed to get them up on the first try. Took about 6 seconds to lockout on the second attempt, but still ended up reaching 6 reps once they were into place. I feel like I waste so much energy just trying to get set up.
Knees kept buckling inward on the hack squat, tempted to start using the hip abductor machine in an attempt to prevent this.
Anyone else care to share?
History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.
