That sounds interesting. I don't quite follow the sleeper part, like who knows what and when.
On attack and defend games, the sides usually need to be shifted towards the attacker. This isn't really a static defense, but you do expect the attackers to progress.
I like playing mobile defense.
Sleeper - a "victim" that is only pretending to be a victim, reality is they are a "sleeper(hidden)" enemy waiting to attack your back.
Defense is not really mobile as the "victim" must be at the designated Fort to for the "rescuers" to attempt a rescue. But the defense will get to defend two different objectives(Forts) per game.
I can see these going really fast at first while everyone still has the energy to respawn quickly
If it doesn't work we can always go back to beating each other over flag stations.
