That is what we all discovered when the SA8s were being clearanced out a few years ago, and bought up by people using them for paintball.

They are not safe for paintball. The dump valve does not vent, so if it gets flooded with co2, which is very easy since you holster it with the 12gram horizontal, the co2 will go supercritial and pressure will rise dramatically.

Blowforwards like automags, etc, as well as the T8 all have vents specifically for that reason.
