Phantom Hybrid Over-barrel/Under-cocking Pump Handle

Vendetta Style Hybrid Over-barrel/Under-cocking Pump Handle for use with CCI Dual Rod Kit.
Barrel diameter must be .875”. The barrel slot for the pump handle is .890”.

Free .STL file for Download. I recommend having this SLS printed.

Good deal. Will have to let me know how it turns out.
I’m still waiting on mine to arrive from Shapeways. Having it printed out of their Nylon PA12 SLS “white strong and flexible”.

I like it! I may be wrong and/or in the minority, but I'd like to see it work with the CCI single rod undercocking kit, or better yet the standard pump arm ONLY. My thinking is that the barrel takes the place of one of the support rods, just like it does with the standard pump handle.

Edit: primary reason is that I really enjoy being able to use the standard thumbscrews instead of needing a tool to disassemble.

Just thinking thoughts.

There's a few on Thingiverse. It's cool to see this.one combine the dual rod and barrel. Curious on drag, and once I saw you recommend SLS I stopped my printer. The shop locally that does SLS prototype seems to only offer the glass powder/nylon options, or Alumide. Afraid.it may take the barrel anno right off due to high abrasion. I don't see PA-12 as an option on their.drop down prototype options.

I agree

There's definitely potential for the single pump arm variation

Glass filled Nylon should not wear on the barrel anodizing. Main reason why I suggested SLS printing is because those type of printers tend to be a lot more dimensionally accurate than hobbyist FDM printers. Due to the needed alignment of the guide rods, a printing inaccuracy of a few thousandths can cause binding and drag.

I will make a variant of the pump handle that will work with the single guide rod kit and get it uploaded. I’ll update the OP with that link aswell once I get it complete
