That looks great. Let's get some dimensions and I'll toss it on Eunice. The resin cures under UV light, so we'll probably want to give it a shot of spray paint once it's confirmed to be the right fit and function, but it should work well enough.

I think there is a lip at the back of the trigger to keep it from going forward too far. This is me drawing with a thumb mouse.
Nice thumb skills man! Yeah, I was wondering about if the fillets will fit. Good point on the rib supports and the trigger lip.

With your resin printer, do you still need a nice flat surface as the base of the print? I was thinking that if I were to print it FDM, I would maybe print it in two mirrored halves and then glue them together (so I get the nice flat side to adhere to the bed).

Do you guys use Fusion360? I could re-draw it later in Fusion, and we can share the project so you guys can put in the dimensions. We could also do this in OnShape i think, just have to see how to share edit privileges.

I use Fusion, but the personal version. IIRC, it doesn't share or use the team feature. Not like I've tried it before though.

I'm on FreeCAD, but it supports a bunch of formats. I'd actually print it standing on an edge, most likely. SLA is kinda weird, in that laying a print flat is often not the best option. As it pulls from the FEP film, it creates a suction forces that can cause warping and/or distortions. You're actually better off angling it and using more supports.

Yeah, no 3D printing necessary for the trap. Just some drilling and glue

That's kinda what I guessed base on pictures I've seen.

Anyway...
Ganon! You got some measurements for us? I'm thinking these should get us pretty close:

I will get the measurements tonight or first thing in the morning. Sorry for the delay, I wasn’t expecting such a quick response on this.

So with proper measurements on this, could we print the flat trigger plate AND the cross pin so I can glue them together here?

If I run them on my SLA machine, we can do it as one piece.
