You're gonna need to chrono that way up, it was shooting 220 +/- 3 or so since I have been playing indoor with it all winter, you may even want to go with a harder main spring.

edit, At like 270 fps I was getting an average of 45-50 shots during game play, one very hot and humid day during a big game I got 110 shots of two twelve grams during a fierce fire fight, then I ran out of paint, but there was maybe one or two good shots left.
