i finally got the minicocker i couldn't when i was young. i plan on cleaning it up a bit and building a period correct, traditional cocker. Palmers pneus, Stabilizer, maybe ANS cocking rod, nickel detent, Lapco SS BigShot or maybe an old Dye SS... I already have a Benchmark .45 frame with beavertail lined up for it.
Now I just need a direction to go with the ASA. Do you think I should go with a drop? Big/small? on/off ASA? I do know i want to go with steel braided lines with silver elbows. I need some thoughts on a bolt also. I'd like to go with something chrome/silver/polished aluminum, because I like the contrast, brings out the bolt imo. Also, what are your opinions on the old "window" style back blocks? I'm sort of on the fence about that one. Any other suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!
