1) Tiny leak in the breach - what would be the fix for this? 2) When I put in a swab to try and tune the lvl 10 as soon as it hits the swab it stops and air starts pouring out the breach. If I degas it will shoot and do the same thing if I put the swab in there again. I have the 1.5 carrier in and 2 .10 shims in the powertube. Also using the shorter gold spring but I also have a slightly longer silver spring. 3) Also wondering how to tune the ULT, add shims or remove shims to decrease/increase trigger sensitivity? |

Ok so I realized the leak is slightly bad fitment of o ring/carriers so I fixed that. As for problem #2 I tried a combination of 2, 3 and 4 shims in the power tube tip and every time i use a squeegee for the bolt to hit it stops and starts pouring out the barrel. How do I properly tune the lvl 10? |

I found this: How to tune your Level 10 bolt - Paintball Forum - Paintball guns and gear forums Dad's sleeping now so I think I'll leave the rest for tomorrow. I had no idea it was such a pain to properly tune a lvl 10. I think I'm good with the lvl 10 tuning but now I just want to know about the ULT adjustements. If I can't tune it properly by thursday I have a friend whos an expert with mags so I'll just bring it to him. |

well, they're both fairly simple, just time consuming. it's more difficult when they are both out of whack, so if you have the original on/off it'll be easier to put that back in and tune the lvl 10, then when that's good go on to the ult.

and i haven't tuned a ult in awhile, but iirc the more shims you add the lighter the pull, but if you start full auto-ing, you need to take out a shim or two.

It may take a little time to set up, but it's easy and worth it. Quick tuning instructions: Remove all LVL 10 shims. Pick 1 carrier o-ring and stick with it. Use oil. Use #2 carrier (2 lines, no dots, or largest one you have). Shoot 1000 shots to break in o-ring. Move broken-in o-ring to largest carrier that doesn't leak. Use red spring for 285 fps. Use longer spring for higher velocity or to be more gentle (fragile paint), shorter spring for lower velocity or to be less gentle (thicker shell). If bolt sticks after encountering a jam, add a shim. |

I've tried shooting it but after about 50 - 100 shots it'll just start pouring out the barrel and all I have is the short spring and the longest spring. It won't shoot with the longest spring. I tried going down a carrier size once, I'll try going down a carrier again. Started at 1.5 carrier and went down to 1 and I'll try 0.5.
