Pump Mag woes

So I've been using my CCM most of the last 2 years and need to get my pump mag out.

Right now the gun will sometimes reset without needing to be pumped. What is the remedy for this?

Thanks guys!

Weak wave spring perhaps? Do you have any spares?

No spares - I'd have to track one down.

Using an old bolt spring might help as well. I put an Invert Mini spring in mine, no real risk of it overpowering the wave spring.

Or trim a half coil of an old spring as well.

The bolt spring I am using is already very short and light, might be time for a new wave spring...

I generally cut a bolt spring down to about 2/3 or less on my pump Mags.....
makes the pump stroke a bit longer but keeps it from going semi

edit: not so much "longer" as "spongier"

You can get a slightly stronger wave spring from Lee Spring that will work even with new bolt springs or level 10. I can get you the part# if you're interested.

it would probably be a good idea to post both part numbers for those that do a search.
