Even though I'm going the route of lowering the chamber pressure on mine, I'd still like this thread to be accurate and I'm having a hard time tracking down any nylon washers close to these recommended sizes.
I made my own aluminum spacer. I didn't even bother with the nylon ones. I figured it would take more time for me to look for them than to just make one.

Simon said he used delrin rod stock and drilled it out and cut it down to work. (iirc)

For people wanting to do the non-cutting mod to their FN's, I've tried to put together a "kit" of the parts needed.
This includes a set of bolt springs, a low pressure reg pack, and a barrel adapter from our very own Ty McNeer that lets you use normal cocker barrels.

He and PTP did the design of the marker and the projectile.
FN is who built the body for it. So the form factor is FN.

To Clarify:
  • Tom Kaye and his spinoff company, Perfect Circle Paintball, develop the shell material while developing the "Perfect Circle Paintball".
  • Perfect Circle Paintball (without Tom Kaye) developed the original (less lethal projectile).
  • AGD (to include Tom Kaye) and Pro-Team Products developed the concept and prototype known as the XM-303 (see AO thread here for pics).
  • AGD has been providing the engine (bolt, valve, reg, spring, and possibly sear/trigger) to FN Herstahl for the FN303. FN either manufactures or outsources the remaining components.
  • Perfect Circle Paintball has been manufacturing the FN303 projectile for FN Herstahl.
  • It is unclear how the First Strike Round specifically came to being: PCP (without Tom Kaye) ultimately designed it but, I haven't been able to find out who initiated it (did TA ask for something or, did PCP solicit the product to TA). Tom Kaye had no hand in the First Strike's development and was frankly surprised that they work as well as they do.

Just posted up a couple of my FN's. Hoping they sell quickly and priced accordingly.
